Towering Titan

Towering Titan

Epic · Void · HP · Ogryn Tribes

Towering Titan is an Epic Void HP champion of the Ogryn Tribes, a lumbering brawler whose usefulness mostly ends once early Faction Wars progression is behind you. He carries a handful of niche tricks for Doom Tower encounters like the Magma Dragon, but nothing here reaches the bar set by top-tier tanks.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Provoke Wave Control: His A2, Flailing Assault, hits four times at random, with the first hit guaranteed to place Provoke and the rest at a 50% base chance (100% once booked). On a booked 3-turn cooldown, this makes him a workable pick for forcing enemy waves to target him, though the random targeting means the exact hits landing Provoke can vary.

Team Sustain: His A3, Bullish Vitality, grants an extra turn while placing a 60% Increase DEF buff on all allies, a self Continuous Heal, and a large self Shield worth 30% of his max HP at max level. It's a solid panic button for keeping a squishier team alive through a rough turn.

Minor Debuffing: His A1 carries a 40% base (55% booked) chance to place Decrease DEF, giving him a small amount of extra utility on top of his tanking duties, though the long 4-turn cooldown on his A2 limits how often he can lock down a wave.

Key Weaknesses

Inconsistent and Niche Utility: Provoke and Decrease DEF chances are middling before books, and his long cooldowns mean he can't reliably chain his control between turns, leaving him outclassed by dedicated tanks or controllers in nearly every serious game mode.

Towering Titan is best reserved for early Faction Wars clears and situational Doom Tower defense, where his self-shielding and Provoke spam offer just enough value to get by.
