Tetsuya the Deliverer

Tetsuya the Deliverer

Legendary · Magic · Attack · Shadowkin

Tetsuya the Deliverer is a Legendary Magic Attack champion of the Shadowkin, the sealed-and-reunited rival of Mikage, released to stand united against Siroth. He is a high-impact damage dealer who dominates through Turn Meter control and scaling burst damage, particularly effective wherever timing and speed gaps decide the fight.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Turn Meter-Scaling Burst Damage: His A2, Preternatural Tactician, hits twice, expanding to four hits if the target's Turn Meter is below 50%, ignores a percentage of the target's DEF equal to their current Turn Meter, and resets its own cooldown on a kill, rewarding precise timing when an enemy's Turn Meter sits near the 50% threshold.

Unresistible Turn Meter Theft with True Fear: His A3, Decisive Prescience, steals 100% of a target's Turn Meter and places True Fear for 2 turns, becoming unresistible and unblockable with one Shadowkin ally, scaling damage off his Speed advantage with two allies, and hitting every enemy above 50% Turn Meter with three allies present.

Turn Meter Engine Passive: His passive, Scourge of Mikage, fills his own Turn Meter by 15% whenever any enemy takes a turn, and with Shadowkin Unity active, boosts the effectiveness of Turn Meter gains on allies while reducing them on enemies, letting him snowball speed advantage over the course of a fight.

Key Weaknesses

Weaker Against Ice Golem and Iron Twins: Ratings of 8 in both trail his dominant 10s elsewhere, showing his Turn Meter-centric kit is marginally less overwhelming there.

Full Power Requires Faction Allies: His strongest effects, unresistible Turn Meter theft and multi-target True Fear, require Shadowkin Unity teammates to fully unlock, so his ceiling drops in mixed-faction teams.

With perfect 10s across Arena, Chimera, Clan Boss, Dragon, Fire Knight, Hydra, Overall User, and Spider, Tetsuya the Deliverer is an elite Turn Meter-control nuker for nearly all PvE and PvP content, especially strong against bosses like the Dark Fae.
