Shore-spear Fionn

Rare · Void · Attack · Sylvan Watchers

Shore-spear Fionn is a Sylvan Watchers Rare Void Attack champion whose kit leans on Turn Meter denial and speed control, punishing enemies who are already slowed rather than hitting hardest on his own.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Turn Meter Punishment on the Basic: His A1, Piercing Trident, hits twice, and each hit additionally cuts the target's Turn Meter by 5% whenever they're already under Decrease SPD — a small but repeatable bonus that rewards pairing him with any Decrease SPD applier.

Buff Strip and Speed Control AoE: His A2, Barbed Lines, hits all enemies twice: the first hit has a 50% chance to strip one random buff from every target, the second has a 75% chance to place a 30% Decrease SPD debuff for 2 turns, combining buff denial with team-wide speed control in one skill.

Single-Target Lockdown: His A3, Undercurrent, carries a 75% chance to cut the target's Turn Meter by 50% and a separate 75% chance to place a 50% Ensnare debuff for 2 turns, giving him a strong single-target control tool on a 4-turn cooldown.

Key Weaknesses

Rare-Tier Ceiling: As a Rare, his ratings top out around 8 in his best areas and sit meaningfully lower elsewhere, so he reads as a budget speed-control option rather than a top-end pick.

With his highest marks in Astranyx, Fire Knight, and Faction Wars' primary rating, Shore-spear Fionn is best suited as an early-to-mid-progression speed-control and Turn Meter denial pick.
