Chani

Epic · Magic · Attack · Shadowkin

Chani is an Epic Magic Attack champion who joined the Shadowkin faction in May 2021 with patch 4.2. She is a support-damage hybrid whose value comes from Poison Sensitivity, self-applied Accuracy buffs and debuff extension — a useful amplifier for Dragon and early-to-mid game progression.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Poison Amplification: Her A1 has a 60% booked chance to place a 25% Poison Sensitivity debuff for 2 turns. Paired with a dedicated Poisoner, this meaningfully raises Poison damage, which is exactly why she shines at Dragon.

Self-Buffed Nuking: Her A2 (3-turn booked cooldown) places 50% Increase ACC and 50% Increase ATK buffs on herself before attacking, and adds an HP Burn debuff for 2 turns if the hit is critical. Her passive also makes her immune to Decrease ACC and converts Accuracy into Critical Rate at 0.05% per point.

Debuff Extension: Her A3 (3-turn booked cooldown) attacks all enemies with a chance of extending the duration of all debuffs by 1 turn, keeping Poisons and other team debuffs ticking longer.

Key Weaknesses

Chance-Reliant Kit: Her signature Poison Sensitivity lands only 60% of the time even fully booked, and the A3 extension is likewise a coin-flip, so her support output is inconsistent. Her ratings are middling (5) across Arena, Clan Boss, Hydra and Chimera, and just 2 for Iron Twins.

Chani fits best as a Dragon (8) specialist with secondary value in Ice Golem and Spider (7) and Doom Tower progression.
