Catacomb Councilor

Catacomb Councilor

Epic · Magic · Attack · Undead Hordes

Catacomb Councilor is a Magic-affinity Epic from the Undead Hordes faction, one of the first champions raised from the ancient buried clerics of Teleria. He was among the earliest champions to wield an Ally Attack skill, and while later releases have overtaken him, that mechanic still defines his identity.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Ally Attack Coordination: His A3, Army of Death, teams up 3 random allies to strike a single enemy on a 4-turn cooldown once booked, with each ally firing their default A1. This works best in Arena when paired with allies carrying hard-hitting AoE basics, and in Clan Boss it can re-apply essential debuffs without needing a dedicated counter-attacker.

Sustain and Buff Support: His A2, Ghoulish Feeding, hits a single enemy 3 times on a 3-turn cooldown once booked and heals him for 20% of the damage dealt, giving him personal survivability. His A1 has a 50% chance to grant himself a 25% Increase ATK buff for 2 turns, though this chance does not improve with books.

Key Weaknesses

Outdated Kit: His signature Ally Attack skill has since been surpassed by newer champions such as Fahrakin the Fat, who bring the same mechanic with stronger surrounding utility, leaving Catacomb feeling dated by comparison. His buffs and debuff kit are otherwise thin, offering little beyond his own ATK buff and shared strikes.

Catacomb Councilor fits best in Arena, built fast with high Defense alongside AoE-basic-attack allies like Skullcrown and Sinesha, with secondary value as a Clan Boss debuff re-applier.
