Unremovable Team Buff: Her A3, Always Watched, reduces the duration of all debuffs on her allies by 1 turn and grants an unremovable, unstealable 15% Strengthen buff for 2 turns, on a cooldown that books down to 4 turns.
Key Weaknesses
Inconsistent Without a Burn Partner: Her signature synergy (debuffs that bypass resistance) only functions against already-burning targets, so without a reliable Burn applier alongside her, key parts of her kit go unused.
Low Base Chances and Weak Arena Presence: Her Decrease ATK and HP Burn base chances are middling even before accuracy investment, and her Arena rating (4) shows she isn't built for PvP speed or reliability.
Carlinia is best suited as an early Hydra tool against the Head of Mischief and a situational Doom Tower pick against buff-stealing bosses like the Celestial Griffin, provided she's paired with sustained Burn uptime.
