Debuff Extension Passive: His passive, Punishing Defenses, triggers whenever he's attacked, giving a 30% chance to extend the duration of all debuffs on the attacker by 1 turn. This acts as a budget Vizier-style effect that keeps crucial debuffs active longer, adding value to any debuff-heavy team.
