Adjudicator

Adjudicator

Rare · Magic · Attack · High Elves

Adjudicator is a Rare Magic Attack champion from the High Elves faction, and one of their least rewarding investments. She is an early-game stopgap at best — do not spend books or masteries on her — with a kit of low-chance debuffs that better champions quickly outclass.

Core Strengths & Abilities

Heal Reduction: Her A1, Isolation Cell, has a 45% fully-booked chance of placing a 50% Heal Reduction debuff for 2 turns — the one genuinely useful tool in her kit, and the reason Fire Knight (6) is her best rating.

Light Turn Meter Control: Her A2, Slowing Sanction, carries a 50% chance to strip 20% of a single target's Turn Meter on a 3-turn booked cooldown, offering minor delay against priority enemies.

Cooldown Extension: Her A3, Penalize, attacks 2 times at random with a 50% chance of increasing the cooldown of one random enemy skill by 1 turn.

Key Weaknesses

Low Chances, Low Impact: Even fully booked her debuff chances hover around coin-flip or worse, everything is single-target or random, and her ratings collapse to 2–3 across Clan Boss, Dragon, Spider, Hydra, and Arena. Books needed to fix her are wasted on a champion you will replace.

Adjudicator's only real home is early Fire Knight progression thanks to her A1 heal reduction — use her if she is all you have, and upgrade away as soon as possible.
